WHAT'S NEW ON OUR BLOG?

Every town is special, with its own unique history, buildings, events and of course people. Wellington H2A is voluntary group based in Wellington, Shropshire, which works to help keep our town special. Our aim is to encourage enjoyment of local heritage, music and other creative arts in Wellington and the surrounding area. We want to increase people's awareness of the area and what makes it distinctive - its history and heritage, musicians and artists, the community groups and their activities; all of which are there for everyone to enjoy, but which many people hardly ever experience.

So, we want Wellington people and visitors to come out and enjoy our town - the brass bands and choirs, folk bands and jazz bands, fetes and fairs, plays and exhibitions, and all sorts of other things you can enjoy here throughout the year.
